thank you all, dear frens

well, yesterday i had to run for a lab class n im so unfit i was huffing n puffing halfway thru.. but tats not the point. halfway thru the run, i felt chest tightness and cant breathe. after running, i felt like puking la! then i could taste blood in my throat... it was quite bad.. i felt like fainting all the while... sian.. then i cough out abit of blood with plehgm. yucks. so for the whole day i could taste the blood in my throat. gross. for a moment i tot i was going to die.. heh. dont worry guys, im still ard...
i spoke to cheeyong and he said cos the weather has turned very dry and hence tat could explain y my throat bled.. its the abrasion caused by the dry weather.. and then limsan n kristyn said when there is blood in the phlegm it means tat i am too heaty..

the darlings were so nice la!
regina "lent" me her bottle of pi pa gao and donated a banana. haha!

limsan gave me a pack of chrysanthemum mix n luo han guo mix.

kristyn gave me a lemon tea bag.. its supposedly good for winter.. drinking now..

lastly, alicia came by n stuck 2 bags of chrysanthemum tea on my door.. i was like, pleasantly surprised la! n was also very gan dong...

all in all, i would jus like to say thanks to all my dear frens here who have helped made my life better and much fulfilling. its almost like a home away from home now, with all the people who cares for you, showering you love.
i would like to say a big thanks to the lovely people who have looked out for me...
