R.I.P, Xiao Bai


well, how do i start. i woke up, hung ard abit then went for lunch. when i came back after lunch, i happily on my XiaoBai (heater) and started wasting time, lying on bed, tinking, flipping textbks, internet-hopping etc. then suddenly, all was quiet, except the music coming from my speakers.
its weird, cos my XiaoBai is not the quietest of all heaters. then i went over to him n checked. HUH?! its not working liao lor! then i knocked knocked it a few times, shook him a while but noting happened. i suspect the filament has blown or smt. cos anyway, a few days ago the heater already has got a burning smell. so i reacted fast and i took XiaoBai down to Target and see wat can be done. they said i could get a replacement for it but i went to have a look and all XiaoBai-s are sold out. only left the big ones which are also expensive and not suitable for use in hall, cos i tink it will trip the electric supply in my room.
so, anyway, since i cant get a replacement, they gave me my $$$ back, since its under warranty and in theory i didnt lose out.

but i still miss my XiaoBai! cos its the end of the season for heaters, i guess it's cos winter is coming to an end, they dun produce heaters. good cos maybe it means winter is drawing to an end, but bad cos u all noe how afraid i am of the cold, so even thou its theorectically not cold, i'll still feel better with a heater.

so, anyway, in loving memory of XiaoBai, lets observe a minute of silence for him, for he has been one of the best companion anyone could possibly want on a cold, freezing day.
