WATS TAT?!

yesterday, my room heater, the one that is supplied by currie hall, aka the wall heater, aka the one which is near the ceiling (dun they noe hot air rises and cold air sinks?!), aka the heater tat goes off every 40 mins (i timed!), spoilt TWICE.

the heaters were not working on my side in the B300s. i called the RA the 1st time to check wats going on. the RA said all the switches on the main board were down but he pushed it again to make sure. then the heaters were able to work again. then at 11pm, the heaters stopped AGAIN. i called the security and the prob was fixed. its really lousy lor! it goes off every 40mins and now, the main switch had to be faulty. wth.

but anyway, i went city today and got myself a external heater, which does not go off every 40mins, and its placed on the floor! quite pleased with my buy. paid 25bucks for it. but apparently its considered abit ex liao, cos some other frens bought theirs for 18bucks or smt.
watever it is, im jus glad i dun have to shiver anymore. heh. and good ting is i can jus on the heater without the electricity in my rm tripping. yes, cannot use appliances which is more than 1000w apparently, if not the electricity in ur rm will trip. guess they dun wan pay too much for the electricity ba. wich makes economic sense. but we are poor students in a freezing, foreign land.

so giving us lousy/repetitive food and fixed meal times are not enuf.
so charging us the exorbitant AU$263 A WEEK for the dorm fees are not satisfactory.
thanks a bunch.
and we have to take note of so so many restrictions.
and internet expenses are seperate.

ok, nevermind. cool down, girl. at least u've got urself a heater!

by the way, its illegal to have a heater in ur room. so i mus hide the heater b4 the cleanin lady comes.
