Swimming Remedial

today had swimming remedial.. i chose to work on my butterfly.. its a killer... time past so s l o w l y. . . i cant believe its only been 15 minutes! but on the bright side.. well, it gives my tummy a work out... but then again.. its a killer swimming style n i have new-found respect for the ppl who can swim butterfly so well.. esp the ladies! But the more impt qn is.. who the hell invented the BUTTERFLY STYLE?!!! its super tiring and im sure when u are chased by someting.. say a shark, tat would b the last style u would ever tink of using! hmm.. some one enlighten me pls... backstroke.. well.. if u wan see wats going on in front of u... like u noe.. u kaypoh or someting... breastroke is a relaxing, but more enduring style.. freestyle is for u to move fast in the water... even better if u can go fast for a long period of time... then wat's left is the butterfly! other than the fact that, yes, it looks damn cool to be able to swim that style... y did such a swimming style exist??!?!?

then for the rest of the hr i did tumble turns... how do i put it nicely.. jus say its jus bad... i kept drinking water! therefore, it explains my msn message today... it says... " PROVEN DURING TUMBLE TURNS : THE INDOOR POOL WATER TASTE LIKE CHLORINE" haha.. every turn i do i happen to drink water la! n thru the nose somemore... n when i concentrate on not getting water in my nose, i do jus half a tumble and well.. my body jus went sideways.. so i did a sideways tumble instead.. hai.. then when i try to get both rite.. i turned too far away from the wall.. then in the end i ended up not kicking the wall.. its irritating.. looks easy to turn.. i did it during lesson last week.. dunno y i cant do it again this time round.. mayb its not my tumble turn day.. haha...
i shall conquer my tumble turn next remedial lesson! n its jus super duper cool to be able to do jus tat la..

n i've got a confession to make.. ppl who have been following my msn nicks consistently can tell u i wanna be a nerd with a FLAT TUMMY. nerd-i-fication is in progress but only cos i've got a 10% bio quiz this thursday n being the typical, original kiasu singaporean, i dun wan to do badly... its only 10% but still, if u tink bout it, its like , wat.. 1 grade?! makes a D to a HD ok! and another reason y im mugging like hell is i jus dunno anyting bout bio tis time round.. i hate tat feeling when u sit for a test and all u wanna do is to hand up a blank piece of paper, cos u dunno wat to write.. then u come back and worry for the next week, wondering if writing ur name in ur best handwriting can actually give u 1/2%... obviously not.. but u can always hope n pray, cant u?! haha

n bout the flat tummy tingy.. just tat i have so many assignments due and a heavy 30% midsem soon i jus keep procrastinating my jogging times... n i can feel my tummy becoming... soft.. jus gross.. if there is a way to esp tone my tummy without jogging, can u pls tell me!? dun like jogging.. dunno y.. rem back in sec sch i LOVE the 800m warmup jog before vball prac.. tink its a whole grp ting tat makes me enjoy it...n now.. its left me jogging alone... and i keep getting injured these days.. then i noe go jogging is the best way to destroy an already cannot make it knee... sianz.. i dun like going gym cos its jus alone.. i mean, i can always jio someone i noe.. but i like it when there is actually a regime for u to follow.. tink my sporting mentality is still stuck in those days in JSS.. wake up to my idea la! i have highlighted my problem... now how?!??!?!? can someone pls suggest someting to me?! S A V E M E from the evil chips, snacks and everyting tat is unhealthy!
