So Proud of Shah!

Hehe... u noe.. now u cant say im not frens with famous ppl le.. cos i am! very good frens indeed! the famous person is SHAH! ahaha! really! Y? cos he won the National BodyBuilding Championships on 17th April 2005! heh.. tats 1 GOLD medal for him... then recently rite.. he took part in another comp... Pesta SUkan Bb Championships... He got GOLD again! ahaha! its for Sporeans la.. but still! *gosh! i have never gotten GOLD thru my own effort b4... really so proud.. and for the Asian Quadrangular BB Championships he got 4th, losing out to Indonesian, Malaysian n Thai.. Qoute Shah - "they were monsters!" Unqoute .. heh.. but proud of u anyway..!
